ABOUT US
NTC&R is a venture born to play a very important role: reinventing living well-being.
We at NTC&R believe that innovative technology based on recycled, recyclable, and long-lasting materials, with a strong functional component, can improve people’s quality of life by protecting both us and our planet.
Starting from this fundamental idea, we have created A-System, a system that ensures living and working environments with a unique level of comfort, zero energy waste, highly secure, and environmentally sustainable.
NTC&R, an acronym for New Construction and Renovation Tecniques,
owns the patents and certifications for the A System products.

OUR LABORATORY
The tailoring workshop for construction.
NTC&R, born from an innovative idea related to safe and eco-friendly construction, has found in this place the inspiration and the ideal asset to make its vision towards a safer and more comfortable indoor quality of life achievable.
We have created a working environment far from the old concept of a dusty factory, recreating healthy working conditions more akin to laboratories than the world of production because the quality of life of our employees is a value we cherish.
OUR VALUES

Be Sustainable

OUR HISTORY
1985
The first ideas of creating load-bearing structures with polystyrene and hot-dip galvanized steel.
1991
First production plant and deposit of the first patents (formwork, reinforced, slab, production process) and construction of the first seismic-resistant residence in class A+ in Viadana, Italy.
2008
Development of a modular construction system according to Professor Claudio Ceccoli, deemed “Ideal and Functional.”
2018
Granting of the patent “industrial invention for non-invasive seismic-thermal-acoustic requalification system.”
Establishment of production in the Progetto Manifattura – Green Area.
1989
First small-scale application tests by the University of Bologna in collaboration with New York University (functionality and durability testing of components).
2003
Definition of new design standards and creation of the single structural panel (replacing formwork).
2010
Granting of the patent for “Industrial invention for new seismic-resistant constructions.” The increased frequency of seismic events, even in areas considered non-seismic, prompts greater attention to dedicated technical solutions.
2020
October, the production of the new patented systems begins.
